Introduction of Feed Ribbon Mixer

Feed ribbon mixer is specially used in feed mills to mix powdery materials to ensure the quality of compound feeds. During the mixing process, you can add liquid or nutrients required by animals to the grain meal to make the feed pellets more nutritious , ideal for the pretreatment of feed mixtures for aquaculture, poultry and fish feed pellets.

Use of Feed Ribbon Mixer

Feed ribbon mixer is used to mix various grain powders to make nutritional feed pellets, especially suitable for fish, shrimp and other aquatic feed pellets. For materials of different proportions and particle sizes, the convection circulation of the feed ribbon mixer ensures efficient and uniform mixing effect. Working Principle of Feed Ribbon Mixer

Feed ribbon mixer consists of a set of inner and outer spiral blades. When the ribbon mixer is working, the outer ribbon pushes the material from both sides to the center of the cylinder, and the inner ribbon pushes the material from the center of the cylinder to both sides of the cylinder, which is a ribbon layout. The most efficient design can form more vortex during the feed flow, thus speeding up the mixing speed and improving the mixing uniformity.
