Features of Ribbon Blender

Ribbon blender is composed of double-layer spiral belt. The inner spiral belt blade conveys the material to the outside, and the outer spiral belt blade gathers the material to the inside, so that the material can be quickly and uniformly mixed under the convective movement of the double-layer spiral belt. The belt mixer can be used to mix powder with powder, granule with powder, powder with a small amount of liquid, and can also mix viscous materials evenly.

1. Using two layers of spiral belts inside and outside, the mixing speed is fast and the mixing uniformity is high.

2. It has good mixing effect of viscous or cohesive powder, and the effect of putting liquid and mash-like materials into powder.

3. The cylinder head can be fully opened for easy cleaning and equipment replacement.
